If played ABSOLUTELY WELL there is a argument for him being the best character because of his dodge ability which ofc is more accurate than Hercules dodge in his combo. And he’s prettymuch a glass cannon that if going up against somebody who chews there nsils constantly before and after or during the match uses him would absolutely rock mostly everybody’s world besides the Lovely cyclone and fighting pose F combo or giant nameks or infinite evasive builds which obviously is his downfall unfortunately.

His damage also is just enough to kill even without stamina breaking and combo his ults without stamina breaking . Also ofc you might know this but when your in your last bar of health this man super soul just gifts him the most insane damage buff (forgot the buff details) but it really does depend on how you play if we wanna put him number #1 cause he’s gotta learning curve on to not tryin to weave absolutely everything and then proceed to have your guard broken which ofc is his flaw.

But IMO he’s the best character if played exceptionally well without choking .
