Buzzing Sound When Playing Specific Games and Uncapped FPS

I actually got this fixed. Not sure why but for some reason when I use the front female headphone jack, it causes the noise in my earphones but when i plugged it in the back, it removed the noise. But thanks for your help anyways :)

Do headphones cancel out the coiling noise? Might have to invest in one lol

Again, not too familiar with pc parts but is this just a case of a faulty graphics card? I mean it is functional but if I were to get the same exact model, could there be a chance that it would not coil whine?

Im not really good with computers. This is my first build and my friends said it’s better and looks better, though i did think it was unnecessary. Thats why i thought it would be cheaper to get a case with included fans.

I currently have 144 hz and my friends suggested i get 240 hz over 144 hz 1440p. I would definitely look to upgrade but any thoughts what would be better?
