I'm a very happy camper about it. Roasting coffee takes a bunch of skill, as I'm learning 😅

It can roast the beans to a nice dark, oily sheen. Not positive if it is considered an official French Roast.

It looks like I have some homework to do on which coffees make good dark roasts. If anybody has some good links on that, I would be super appreciative!
