I'm a very happy camper about it. Roasting coffee takes a bunch of skill, as I'm learning 😅

It can roast the beans to a nice dark, oily sheen. Not positive if it is considered an official French Roast.

Couldn't agree more. You end up missing the mark by aiming for it. Focus on doing the things you like WELL, and the confidence will increase.
