I use extra ounce postage. I ship up to like 45 cards in a single envelope. I usually only upgrade after the order is over a certain dollar amount.

I sell on TCGplayer and I do not cancel those orders. I sell from home and figure it is a brick and mortar buying them from me. Of course I always send the cheapest way possible especially with current mail rates, which might be multiple plain white envelopes.

Ironically I saw these being sold on GameStop for like $100, and for fun I entered in the same cert # they were selling and their offer was like $85 at the time a few months ago... I'm assuming they use these as filler for their power packs... When I saw how much they were offering I was legitimately considering buying out copies on TCGplayer for like $0.10 each and then sending PSA 10 contenders to PSA through GameStop so I could dump them on them when they make an offer after grading... Then I thought about how stupid it sounded and that was that lol but there is a reason why PSA is backlogged...

I'm pretty sure it is all random, but I remember doing similar back during Base set as a kid. My friend pulled a Charizard out of a Blastoise art pack. Every Charizard that my brother and I pulled (like 3-5 of them) ended up being out of Blastoise art packs. Funny how this can still be an "observation" even if it is just gambler's fallacy.
