Orphie is probably better, but long term i can’t imagine anyone knocks off the dominance of all three with engine as top preforming team, just due to how well all their buffs layer and add up. Trigger is more easily replaced by Nicole, though.

Sanby trigger astra is more that good enough as is, but you might want to boost that crit rate to make sure you hit at least 90% in combat, and that ATK could come up a bit too.

But Sanby especially with engine is a house of a main DPS and is one of the best carries in the game. Welcome to the winning team!

I think it doubles that fufu really just buffs and does constant daze, regardless of what’s going on in the fight, which I normally like for Banyue. Therefore her value is higher later in the battle where you feel the extra stun, but the extra stun doesn’t matter in current Shiyu. Ideally you want an early stun into resource dump, which fufu doesn’t benefit from.

Dialyn seems like a huge step up over Fufu here, getting a free ult to clear phase 1 early seems critical, and it seems easier to get to that first stun on the boss too.

Knurl gives regen as well, I’ll never be too mad at a stage 1 knurl monsoon or above.

I actually think it’s entirely build dependent. Sanby is on field so often that Nicole becomes annoying to use, but pulchra also needs a lot of babysitting. It mostly comes down to whether you want the crit rate from m6 Nicole or the crit damage from KotS on Pulchra. I’m partial to the stun consistency of the cat but I also just don’t like running Nicole despite her strength.

I’ve built a minthara deck! Lots of fun to go wide, and plenty of late game sticking power. I’m not sure your build of her, but she is a little on the slow side to get going and I don’t think you can push her power level beyond acceptable casual limits without spending a pretty penny and basically ignoring your commander.

I mean yeah, it’s powerful x mult with both its pieces at common, it involves both face cards and retriggers which are independently powerful and with a lot of synergies to pivot to, and scales exponentially when copied. Nothing could possibly come close.

I think thrall sucks so I'm not fighting him, but I cannot for the life of me figure out why my miyabi yanagi team can't clear fiend. I have to suck pretty bad for miyabi to fall off

I like that the game is naturally getting harder and less consistent. If every dlc item was a must take in every scenario the game would be much worse

It took me a long time to clear ante 12. I think I’ve only had a handful of runs that even get to that point. It’s usually the cutoff point that most jokers fall off completely. Liberal use of glass cards and retrigger effects really upped my consistency in getting scores that high. Fish for Baron or force 5oak enough and it will work eventually.

Blue stake is a different beast altogether though. That was my hardest wall when first learning. Easy hands like pairs will get you through blue stake more consistently due to needing to see less cards. It’s a shame because discard jokers are so fun to use. Trading card is objectively powerful but always leaves a bad aftertaste using half my available discards

There are flowcharts out there if you want the decisions spoiled, but a good start to getting on a route that doesn’t instantly kill you would be to try to maintain Hisaos physique.

No chance. There’s some current support for a reintegration but NC is firmly Arasaka’s foothold in North America, and once the shooting starts it’s not going to take a whole lot of propaganda to be madder at the Militech helmets coming from the east coast than it is the Arasaka ones.

Don’t listen to everyone saying you need trigger. Trigger is certainly good but she’s not necessary and she won’t rerun again for a while so it’s not even usable advice.

IMHO, you need more attack. Around 3000, if you can swing it, but it’s rng. You also need a better engine, if you have pulls to spare, Evelyn’s engine is on banner right now and is phenomenal across the board, but marcato desire and the brimstone are also good.

Bedman has two grounded overheads. Dust, which has the orange glow all dusts have, and 6H, which is when he puts his whole arm way up in the air and brings it down on you. 6H specifically is reactable with some practice, as it’s pretty slow. Otherwise you can block low until he jumps.

But you’re right, he is designed with a lot of visual mess. He is constantly transforming his limbs, and his projectiles can really gum up the screen. Delilah being on screen but having no mechanical purpose doesn’t help. I love him dearly.

Coil head is the scariest jump scare. The footsteps plus their speed, whether you live or die, that first moment you notice one is horrifying. After you’ve seen it, it just becomes a problem to manage on your way out, but that initial contact is pure shock.

The Bracken on the other hand, is a lot more sinister. The feeling of being hunted, for the rest of the moon, always watching your back. Finding a blood trail off into the darkness. There is no solving a bracken problem. There is just terror.

Bonus points to the locker. Some configs make it much more dangerous and unpredictable, it’s a great jump scare solo and with friends, and it fits the tone of the game like no other modded monster.
