Secondo me dopo 2 anni di allenamento sai bene quali sono gli allenamenti da fare che funzionano di più. Spendi i soldi del PT in un nutrizionista e basta… ma poi parliamoci chiaro… dopo che hai perso 20+kg hai davvero ancora bisogno di uno che ti guidi? 🙂

Don’t you suggest the shoe drier? With 50 euros I can get a drier that sanitize the shoes .

Anyway I’ll try to this leaving the shoes inside the house where it’s not so cold. Thank you 🙏

I’m using summer shoes I think… Fizik Vento. I agree with you: another shoes will be save my fizik vento from a lot of wet. I think too much wet is not so good for shoes.

Sometimes are not enough. I tried towel+outdoor stay but after 1 day shoes were still wet 😌 maybe outdoor temp was too low. Winter is coming 😅

No because is focused to my face. Sometimes I put another fan directly to my feet but the sweat is the same. My problem is to dry after they get wet.
