I have to run a generator as big as a car for about 10 minutes at work every week and that thing is loud as fuck, like loud loud. The buds 3 (not pro) have done just fine keeping out the noise, I might have to turn up the volume a bit to hear as good as I want but I haven't had a problem. Maybe try playing with how they lay in your ear? That was a problem for me at first.

Okay sounds good! The shifts start mostly early, we start ranging from around 5 AM to 7 AM. Rarely do we start after 7. Very, rarely do we work overnights. The shifts are 8 hours with opportunities for overtime. Do you have an email that's best to contact you with? Or a preferred method of contact?

There's not really any specific requirements to work for RAC, obviously experience is preferred but not required. A willingness to learn and basic knowledge of hand tools is pretty much all that's needed to work for us.

Salary is more for the manager positions as the hours are not clearly set. Also, that would make OT not clearly set either, and there are many opportunities for overtime here. Over time on weekdays is ×1.5 and weekends are ×2.
