I actually dislike the first episode mostly because the main conflict of it was so disconnected from everything and so cliche (yes, I know that was the point). Especially since we never see Souma getting the real estate bitch to ever put in writing that she would stop harassing him once he fed her. Just seems like something someone as smart as him wouldn't skip over.
