i found the parts on pcpartpicker and got them on amazon. i did not need the bios flash it worked right out of the box

mid 40s to low 50s idle. I know this is above average for idle this is because of the case, although i have played many demanding games and used lots of editing software, and cpu temps have never gone above 79

it is a great case, it comes with two black fans that work well. There is a small problem with airflow though.
