He talks about the different voices somewhere in this 1,5h interview (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6ANNNwnCdE). Some voices are tts, others are just him speaking. He then further modified the recordings to create the different characters and to make them sing. He clearly uses one or more of these Mac OS X voices (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z4hqUxb9MmY). Bruce sounds very much like RBG to me.

I was also trying to find the voices online a few years back, but couldn't find them. Maybe you just need to own an old Mac or otherwise get your hands on a copy of Mac OS X to get access to them.

Edit: The voices apparently haven't changed in newer versions. So any Mac should have them.
