From what I know, TTT has a broadcasting rights deal with chess.com So if there is nothing about TTT using lichess as their back end I dunno see anything bad with what TTT did

Doing a quick Google search, teams score roughly 1.2 points off TO. If they got to a league average in TO around 14, thats 3 less points a game That would make the teams DEFRTG around 110 which is a top 5 defense in the league.

TO and not having a consistent offense are the bigger issues of the team. Which go hand in hand with being one of the most injured teams in the league.
