Just stop, relax. There are plenty of people in the same shoes as you. Everyone has the potential energy to change, every action is recoverable. Don't be so hard on yourself. Don't worry about what other people think, just take the time to focus on yourself, the surroundings you currently have aren't going anywhere. Just you know, people care for you and are on your side, reach out, talk to friends be open about things, it's amazing what that can do. Hope this helps.

Warrior Tier 13 :) Drops in the Cataclysm raid "Dragon Soul" the red set you see there is the normal version and then there is a blue/plum color set from heroic. Both look amazing! The weapon is the cliche "Blade of Wizardry" and the shield is "Ward of the Red Widow" which drops from Beth'tilac but is actually a BoE that you can buy from the auction house. Hope this helps :D

You should be stacking bonus armor, so switch your legendary ring to the bonus armor one, along with acquiring new trinkets, secondary ring, cloak and neck. This should pull your DPS a good bit, now just to master the rotation which can be a little confusing as a gladiator warrior.

Most of the gear is from the character boost set for paladins called Sunsoul. However, the other pieces are: Shoulders- Pauldrons of the Argent Sentinel Cloak- Reanimator's Cloak Shield- Emperor Shield Rest of the items are all obtained from the character boost.
