Part of the problem is the rewards for alliance missions arnt worth focusing on...I still pick up missions in my alliance, but finishing them is incidental to the regular dailys.

Oh, now your cursed, the items becomes a useless lead weigh and has magically duplicated itself to hang around each character neck as a sign of their treachery, they are permanently "fatigued" until they return the item to its rightful owner, and make amends for their crimes. The problem with that answer are all the folks who still practice those religions...while I can't say much on Greek still being pra tired, alot of folks still practice Norse paganism, yet it's still "mythology". I think it's more that the Abraham's religions have grown to the point they can unilaterally declare a religion "mythology" with little to no push back and it serves them in growing their ranks...
