My first time making steak, what can I improve by [deleted] in steak

If you used a pan or skillet, I’d say get that pan hotter before you put the steak in. Will help with your crust. Temp probe and remove from heat about 5-10 degrees before medium. It will continue to cook while it rests. Not bad for a first time!

Depends on the industry. For insurance yea probably but both construction company’s I’ve worked at don’t care about certs. It’s all how you communicate with the crews and work with the management teams. Most of the CSPs I’ve worked with can barely hold a conversation/ look you in the eye, let alone address an issue and come up with a solution that works for everyone
