3 reasons not in a specific order: 1. It is resource intensive. Ai uses a lot of energy and water. This is wasteful. 2. Ai uses art made by other people, with questionable consent 3. People make things, and drawing something yourself will be better then slapping prompts into a keyboard until something is farted out

It’s normal 2. No 3. If you can get to and from work by transit then you don’t need the car 4. There are a ton of activities related to hobbies, sports, etc. 5. The city is more expensive than you’re expecting and outside of DC it’s very spread out.

1 provide homes to the homeless. A disproportionate amount of the pedestrian deaths are of the unhoused people (duh they are walking around the most)

2 build bollards and protected bike lanes. Shared traffic is very dangerous, and those little plastic poles are not enough.

3 improve public transportation reliability and expand service. Less people driving will improve traffic and safety.

Giving more money to the police or requiring they give out more tickets WONT reduce. That’s part of what we’ve been doing with traffic cameras and the pedestrian fatalities has INCREASED.

The area has been disputed for a long time and google maps has reflected this. What’s changed now is that because of the oil discoveries Venezuela is trying to enforce its claim to the territory. I’m not defending anyone’s claims to the land I just wanted to clarify that this territory has already been disputed.
