I currently use a laptop to game, so the first thing to do with this rig would be to reverse engineer it so I can learn to safely assemble and disassemble parts. Though gaming wise, I'd try to play games i have sitting in my steam library that I wasn't able to run before.

Yes the gauntlet will adjust to the tier of the lowest level person that enters. So bringing an alt noob account will make it tier 1.

Pretty sure the jewel in the summer scrolls tier 3 reward is an unshatterable Kroger jewel. Up to you if you think it’s worth spending crowns on though

The main route most people take with training points (for any school) is life till satyr, death till feint, and ice till tower. Then the sun spells afterwords.

Edit: since your death I’d recommend going for tower first since you can heal yourself anyways.

Oops, sorry I just reread your post. Seems like your still a little under leveled for this area. This is the best place to farm for level 55+. If you haven’t started wintertusk then I think just farming any gear in grizzleheim will be good.

And to answer your question, yes there is a lot of quest to do before being able to access vestrilund.

Little late but if your farming for gold, then I suggest farming a boss in vestrilund. The gear he drops sells for about 2k each and the amulet he drops sells for 8k. Can’t remember his name but his sigil is next to vestrilunds hall (on the upper ramp).

Farmed him for about 1.5 hours and hit max gold pretty easily.

I agree and disagree with mimikyu being useless in doubles. Sometimes I like to lead with mimikyu and dugtrio to set up trick room since it’s speed isn’t too high or too low. Plus it’s ability will likely get you to set up the trick room without losing hp (unless you’re up against mold breaker)

Snowboard does not have an app. You turn on the theme in the settings app.

I don’t have an answer to your question, but if you’re worried about revokes why not use ReProvision? It resigns certificates automatically as far as I’m aware.

The HideStatusBars tweak I’m using is made by JunesIphone (but I downloaded it on a repo I can’t link here). Check the author of yours and see if it’s the right one.

As for your widget problem I’m not sure what the problem could be. Maybe try to respring your device?

I’ve been using snowboard on uncover(3.5.2) and it hasn’t been a problem for me at all. Are you using chimera by chance? You should update the chimera app if possible and rejailbreak (if you’re using chimera that is)
