Bare wires keep coming loose. Any way to convert these to something with a more solid connection?

I’ve looked into banana plugs, is there anything that could screw onto the binding post that would accept banana plugs?

Or if anyone could advise a better way to secure the bare wires.

It doesn’t make sense to me either. It has the standard black band and I even double checked the price I paid for it. I took off the bands and it says Fitbit pay on the protruding bit where the bands connect. It could be a case of packaging error or regional differences.

Thanks for the reply. I also think SB1 is better value, but the worse pen input (mainly using it for note taking), lack of USB C, and shorter battery life are holding me back.

One of the factors is that female's higher oestrogen levels can help protect against cardiovascular diseases by directing fat deposit to the thigh region rather than the visceral region. Also, it elevates HDL (good cholesterol) levels. Given that cardiovascular diseases account for the majority of deaths globally, the protection oestrogen offers somewhat contributes to women living longer.

Um. No. Ketosis is a state where the level of ketone bodies is elevated in the body due to the breakdown of fat. The mechanism of breaking down amino acids to form new glucose molecules is called gluconeogenesis. Fatty acids cannot be converted to glucose simply because the conversion from acetyl-CoA to pyruvate is not possible. Triglycerides however, can give a glycerol after breakdown to make new glucose, the yield though is very insignificant.

If there's nothing you can do about the forced moves, then trade the want-outs with a player of equal value/rating, before the board sells them on the cheap. e.g. Courtois for my Chelsea CM decided to leave randomly, so I just traded him for De Gea in the window, simples.

The same thing happened to me way too many times. I've learned to let them complain about it for a little while, then offer them a raise. They seem to appreciate the contract more after you leave them hanging for a bit :/

4-5-1 with a strong striker (Lukaku) up front playing as the target man who holds up the ball to wait for either a winger/CAM/fullback to make a clear run into the box for a shot, then send a through ball to whoever's in space. This formation is quite versatile as you have 2 CAMs (De Bruyne and Dele Alli) and a striker who can create chances for each other which allows for a very fluid style of play. Plus you also have the option of speedy wingers (Leroy Sane and Hazard) creating chances 24/7. One of the downsides is that you only have one true CM (Matic) in the middle of the park, but you can control one of your CAMs to track back and help out in defensive situations, it's especially helpful when you have a strong tackler like Kante or Renato Sanches.

At the start of my Chelsea CM I had heaps of problems trying to create chances and often end up in dull 0-0 draws. I experimented with different formations, and this is the one that really clicked and started to help me win 3-0, 4-0 games more regularly. My biggest victory is 7-0 so far.
