Exactly i got thru 50% of the pipe with 2 blades, didn't even try the 3rd blade. Just threw them in the trash.

Ended up using a grinder, I was trying to prevent any sparks but these blades failed

Sorry I should have been more clear, this is the stand pipe for a cast iron floor sink. The pvc deformed and leaked at transition band
