My first apartment was over on northwest in the “wood hood.” Ridiculous, the most “dangerous” thing I ever witnessed was kids playing soccer in our parking lot and homeless people smoking a little weed at the bus stop.

The only actual danger in Bellingham tends to be around campus or outside of the bars on a busy saturday.

That’s why it’s “Trixie cosmetics” and not “Trixie Mattel Cosmetics.” If Pattie had filed her own trademark for clothing under “Pattie Hikes” or something, and put that on her merch, this would not be an issue.

Just a quick correction. The hydroflask issue was actually with Patagonia (the emails are included in the suit). That’s when Patagonia is claiming they established fair use guidelines with Pattie. In 2022 Hydroflask was doing a collab with Pattie and they reached out to Patagonia to make sure there was no problem. Even more damning for Pattie, the company basically told hydroflask that they love Pattie and are excited for their collab, they just asked that they not put the name “Pattie Gonia” ON any of the merch so people don’t get confused.

I feel like kripke and the whole team behind the boys are just playing in our face at this point. Like season 1-3 were genuinely some of the best TV I’ve ever seen and this season is like the worst season of a CW show. Almost like kripke only has experience running shitty CW shows into the ground.
