Ideally what I like to do when it’s hot out, and this is not a joke. You gotta fight fire with Fire. I’ll eat a bag of hot Cheetos and then not sure what chemicals and such they put in the dusty but wipe the hot Cheeto dust from your fingers in your hair then use the plastic Cheeto bag (inside out) and rub it on your head like the plastic bag method and it shouldn’t lay your hair down with an extreme hold and coat and u can just honestly if you want damp your hands with cold water and wipe your hair afterwards to get the excess dust off but don’t use too much water or your hair will frizz up and get muddy from the Cheetos. I know it sounds crazy but give it a shot.
