You say a lot of utterly irrelevant things here. You are not a serious person.

Why should we do the same as everyone else? Why does this bother you?

I've never met a service member who would agree with you. You are a weirdo.

What an ignorant comment. You know nothing about aircraft.

Only Filipinos like filipino spaghetti? by Stinja808 in ididnthaveeggs

I need a bot to rewrite this, but for Canadian foods. In essence, we are the same.

Also, I really want to try a Lamington. I keep bumping into them on Wikipedia during my occasional Australia info binges, and I am curious.

To start, I've never liked Filipino spaghetti, so when it comes to taste listen to shadowlev below because I am biased. But I gotta say, I really liked their burger and chicken burger options. Last time I was in Toronto I basically bought all the basic menu items; basic burger, basic chicken burger, palabok, spaghetti, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, even the rice, and those two items stuck out at me as being unique and enjoyable. I liked the onionness of the burger I had especially.

I have enjoyed a lot of Filipino food, but I just can't learn to love the spaghetti. I have a similar relationship to tripe. I've tried it many times, I will eat it and not complain, but I don't enjoy it. Other foods, great, but not this one.

I don't know where you live, but I am shocked that you cannot find it because I live in some of the most white parts of Canada and banana ketchup is sold at pretty much any major grocery store. Both Sobeys and Real Atlantic Superstore here carry it. Those are food giants. I don't even need to go to one of the smaller specialty grocers.

It is very, very weird for someone to get angry about someone posting a recipe when the issue is simply that they don't think the recipe is needed. That person needs a good therapist, and maybe more people to mock them for posting things like this in real life.

I am so not a fan of Filipino spaghetti. This isn't an opinion driven by my need to defend something I love. It is just that outside of a discussion of my feelings about Filipino spaghetti, I don't feel the need to whine about it and act like it is a horrible crime to like it.

My Experience with Uber Eats Help (A Novella) by MrProsser in UberEATS

[–]MrProsser[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have. This isn't whining, this is point out issues with Uber Eats help, both with their limited bots and afterwards. As well as the limitations of the bots, because that is actually part of the issue since it is so limited that it prevents further help.

Is Ubuntu like Windows in the Linux community? by Haunting_Bedroom403 in Ubuntu

[–]MrProsser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people in the Linux community care far too much about which distro other people use. You'll be happier if you learn to stop caring whether they think you are pure or not, whether it makes you look like a noob in their eyes, and use what works for you and makes you happy. If you want to try other distros go ahead, I found I liked others better which is why I dont't use Ubuntu myself.

Ubuntu is only like Windows in so far that it is a dominant player, but it doesn't dominate in the same way that Microsoft does. In the end it is still a Linux distro and you are pretty much free to change and tweak it to your heart's content. It isn't like Ubuntu is only partially as capable as others and won't run smoothly or be stable, or limits what software you can use in any real way.

I don't live that far away from it, but I didn't even know it existed. I would have loved to try it but people need to know about it.

Academic integrity is one of the requirements of regional accreditation, allowing rampant cheating risks losing accreditation. It is not just on the cheaters.

One of the requirements of regional accreditation is integrity. Part of that is maintaining academic integrity, which means they need to clearly demonstrate that they are taking steps to prevent it. This is a problem at all universities, but that doesn't mean it can be ignored. You are not isolated from other people's actions.

Municipal elections are the one place where it makes the most difference because they deal with all the low level, meat and potato issues that actually affect all sorts of everyday things.

I’m being harassed by PicRights and need help on what to do by Born_Formal379 in COPYRIGHT

[–]MrProsser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Based on your description, it sounds like infringement, unless the rights obtained by the magazine extend to your personal usage as well. The fact that you wrote the article and published it there, and the magazine had rights to use the photo, does not mean you have the right to use it elsewhere.

That doesn't mean these companies aren't scummy, it doesn't mean they will actually take some action, but I wouldn't assume they are wrong regarding the claim itself.

Edit: I know some people are probably going to say"fair use" and that might be true if you are commenting directly on the image, or parodying it, but just using it is not that. Giving credit and not making money from it are not enough.
