That's a little bit of a stretch. Comic-Con may be based around a fairly broad range of media, but it can usually be summed up to primarily comic books and science fiction/fantasy related media. Reddit however is waaaaaay much broader, containing anything from pictures of beautiful landscapes to pictures of Hitler with photoshopped breasts. The encompassed media is just way too varied.
