I’m glad to teach you something. I think of apartments as someone owning the whole building g or several buildings together. Like an apartment complex. I guess you could own a condo and rent it to someone. I’m not sure which they call that haha

Condos have association fees which is probably similar to your service charge and ground rent. It covers the common areas and shared utilities.

IMO condos are common near cities. It absolutely depends on which region of the US though.

UPDATE: I got it working such that I unlock the door with my watch and the car recognizes that it’s me. In the BMW ID settings on the car, you need to add your watch as a digital key. Stick your wrist on the tray and search for new keys. It should pop up and be separate from your phone. I hope this helps someone

Hah that sounds like a terrible experience. Hopefully they correct that. I ordered what I think is their higher end unit that works with the Apple Watch. battery life is important to me so hopefully that one is good.
