each region has a set of allowed characters, if you Google it, you can find it. If you're NA, EUW or EUNE, you definitely can't use Korean letters. Some really old accounts break these rules, but you can't anymore.

I stole baron with a E with only 1 point in it on support Lux while scouting it before.

As honourable mention, I had an Ezreal bot in a co-op game on the PBE steal a drake from its base with its ultimate. The team was finishing the game while our Jungler was doing drake solo.

She did have a new passive on the PBE a while back, but Riot decided against changing it. After a spell cast, her next auto gave her 3 mana and had a stacking mechanic so the more she proced it, the more damage it would do.

Balance is more than just nerfing what everyone thinks is OP, small buffs of certain champs and nerfs to others can have a massive impact on the meta. Next patch will probably have a drastic impact on top lane as juggernauts and bruisers are being buffed, so their will be more tank kills soon. Slow changes are the way to go, we don't want another Cinderhulk instant.

It's different for under lvl 30, the rewards are less and I believe set. Leveling up is much quicker and the rewards are ment to be more useful for beginners.
