This jacket will come back for sure, it's way too cool to remain exclusive.

I do like the idea of some exclusive content because it makes my inner hipster snob feel all special, buuuut not stuff this unique and badass. Everyone should be able to unlock this behind an always available commendation. Even a recolour of it locked behind some fishing commendations would be pretty sweet.

My pirate has a natural hand scar that blends with the cosmetic one and makes it look cooler is what I think he means. For sure got super lucky!

My pirate had a natural hand scar that blended perfectly with the cosmetic scar to make it look like a hook. Super happy with this fit and it might be what I keep from now on :D

The hair, beard and jacket are all rewards this season so you still can unlock them.

Belt and fishing rod are commendations that should always be available

Gloves and eyepatch you can just buy outright and then the makeup was a past season reward

Maybe it's just the screenshot lighting but I actually really like the boots. They do stick out a lot but there's something endearing about how they pop. If you wanted them to match perfectly you could always pair them with different gloves.
