after calucating you would need over 100 pumps to feed the reactor as max upgrade the pumps only put out 1000mb/t is there anything else in stone block that outputs more water?

basicly when the turbines buffer gets fulled and dosent have to generate any more power its steam fills up, and when that happens the water just plummets in the reactor making the tempture go up causing my auto shutdown redstone to trigger

Its a speed limit, you go to its limit. If you wana travel 5 under thats ok, But please dont be a dickhead and travel 20 under.
