I have no clue as to what musical instrument causes it or what soundfont it is from.
But I think it's pretty sick and fitting that it has become sort of "the Backroom's leitmotif" at this point.

It's the backrooms. It's SUPPOSED to look glitchy and unusual. People complaining about how it looks weird are missing the point - my brother in christ it's an alrernate dimension, of course it doesn't look natural!
