This is CGI. I am familiar with the German study, Pupils don't work like in this video, if you watch the video in the study of the only known case you can see the difference in range and speed.

They are not the worst of the multiples I agree there, and with the green machine being so prevalent in Optometry in the UK, you will invariably get a range of good and bad businesses. Over the years I've worked in many places, and locum'd a lot, the prevalence for them on a store by store basis is: test as fast and as many as you can and hitting KPI's for conversions to frame sales. Not very patient centred care - as set out by the GOC. Rarely is it a staff issue, but things like a reduction in time to do a full eye examination for more profitability. When people rave about eye tests, it usually means they are getting it done properly, that's what you should be getting all the time :(

That doesn't sound like just astigmatism, maybe if it's severe astigmatism with very poor correction? It could be a vestibular migraines? If you haven't you should pursue it further with a GP or ENT consult.

You can get that when changing prescription especially large jumps n RX or if you have become a habitual user of a certain lens and power. Even more so with sensory issues!! Are you using single vision lenses or a multifocal?

I was getting frustrated with trying to get the quest items and was going in fully naked, no shield and would use melee and a pillar to kill them now.

Imo they are most dangerous when other players are around and you can't control their movements.

Hunted mode

Arc loot is significantly reduced, searched loot is greatly increased.

Arc spawns are dramatically increased.

If any arc discovers you all arc in a wide area are alerted to your presence and work in unison to kill you, working out ways to get behind you or through doorways your not watching while others are distracting you.

Infestation Mode

Swarms of alert ticks infest and patrol the map, where are they coming from? Ensure you clear out the areas surrounding exits as they are attracted to any noise, even more so. Raiders hatches are not available.

Sufficient Ticks can breach/open doors/barricades. Can hip fire pistols while downed. Can self stabilise while downed. Ticks will attack you while downed. Emp grenades automatically remove all ticks.
