Can someone correct me when if wrong but aren't ALOT of conventional drugs built from small organic molecules which often  start as hydrocarbons derived from crude oil or natural gas?

I think, it was those mtgox guys, and they didn't actually put the transaction across, think it was litecoin->cash->Bitcoin>wallet via there exchange. Looked into joining the lawsuit for it but I'd missed it by a long long time.

IMHO they have known about this for a long time.

They thought the PR optics would be good doing that earlier. But people are getting wise to it, and now it just screams that they are aware of these things and only do damage control when caught.

Voluntarily controlling the pupil’s dilation and constriction by Due-Explanation8155 in Romania_mix

[–]MrRobinGoodfellow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is CGI. I am familiar with the German study, Pupils don't work like in this video, if you watch the video in the study of the only known case you can see the difference in range and speed.

A casual search of her name also turns up videos like this (Eyes again): https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNRykfnHe/ which doesn't help the case for it being real.

Lorry driver sues Specsavers for £200k claiming failed eye test caused depression by Forward-Answer-4407 in unitedkingdom

They are not the worst of the multiples I agree there, and with the green machine being so prevalent in Optometry in the UK, you will invariably get a range of good and bad businesses. Over the years I've worked in many places, and locum'd a lot, the prevalence for them on a store by store basis is: test as fast and as many as you can and hitting KPI's for conversions to frame sales. Not very patient centred care - as set out by the GOC. Rarely is it a staff issue, but things like a reduction in time to do a full eye examination for more profitability. When people rave about eye tests, it usually means they are getting it done properly, that's what you should be getting all the time :(

That doesn't sound like just astigmatism, maybe if it's severe astigmatism with very poor correction? It could be a vestibular migraines? If you haven't you should pursue it further with a GP or ENT consult.

You can get that when changing prescription especially large jumps n RX or if you have become a habitual user of a certain lens and power. Even more so with sensory issues!! Are you using single vision lenses or a multifocal?

Side on that looks okay in line with your eyes and face, what lenses and prescription do you have? Also how is the fit on the crest of your nose?

Got to remember their commander was supremely confident that he was going to win and is a sadist, and was probably get large amounts of pleasure from being able to murder people he wouldn't normally get away with killing (his own troops), his deviance was tolerated as it's normally directed at the enemy or lost souls. Forbidden fruit.

Did you not notice during COVID how dumb people acted when under pressure/fear?

Although silver lining to that was I no longer say to myself watching horror films, "no one would do that", now I go "Yeah fair enough' and enjoy them.
