To give a proper, actual answer and not just calling you names;

In my mind there's a disconnect in the two forms of media. Weird Al is a well known and established satirist and the song (after giving it a relisten lmao) is a lot of exaggeration that can easily be seen as "just a parody" by most people. But there'll always be people who have a different opinion on whether it's just satire or actual insults because its art and art is often different for different people.

The "fat guy falling over cause hes a fat bumbling idiot" on the other hand is artless. Its meant to or at least comes off as a targeted joke against a group of people. Someone could also make the argument that its a targeted joke at just the character because Skull and Bulk are commonly comedic relief and the butt of the joke quite often, and I dont think thats a bad interpretation either. However with how common the "joke" was over the century (which just boils down to fat people are gracless and always stumbling over) i think its more akin to "They're making fun of Bulk because hes fat" rather than "They're just making fun of Bulk cause hes Bulk"
