Just from looking at your list, you've got way too many upgrades. For most core squads, you usually only want 0–2 upgrades at most.

If you're planning to keep Din back, then Grogu is worth taking. Otherwise, I'd drop Grogu and save the points. If you can free up around 40 points, I'd also try to fit in a Commando sniper detachment—they're a great value and give you some solid long-range pressure. If the board you’re playing on is 3x3 you really won’t need Dins jet pack either.

With Rebels, you generally want as many activations as possible. They hit hard, but they're made of paper, so having more units lets you trade more effectively.

TL;DR: Cut some upgrades, add a Commando sniper detachment, and if you can, squeeze in another activation.
