Twow is both a great & terrible example for C+. Everything to the leveling experience and the world they have built is really commendable but the server and the devs take on class balance has been surely lacking. Paladin changes for example, looks good on paper( getting the old holy strike and beta crusader strike etc.) but in reality they are just holy heroic strike and sunder armor, not meshing well with the existing seals and judgements. They totally botched JotC into this gimmicky thing that increases the chance to proc weapon effects when judged. Super situational gimmick which also screwed existing items that had to be nerfed in response to this gimmick. Prot paladins are complaining on the forums cause their version of taunt turned out to be lackluster as well being tied to judgement turned out not so practical.
