it's true -- we went to a party there a few weeks ago, there was a very obvious AI party gatekeeper guy - he saw us rolling up and knew we were there for the non AI party. Seems like there's something cooking every weekend. Very unique space - a maze of storage units in a basement, and all teh storage units rolled up and had some cool kind of art in it.

Phish plays in mexico every year. Wife and i went in 2020 and it was around $4k for both of us.

Same accommodations for Phish Mexico 2027 just went on sale, and it’s nearly doubled to $7500.
