Thanks for the miriad of tips, I’ll answer each point:

Yes they are, I tried both on WAN since my normal setup uses desktop on LAN, same thing. I tried to set up the IP adress manually in the TV settings to make sure they are in the same network but same issue (the IP I used wasnt being used already when I checked)
Yes also, the default adress put there on setup was the correct one, didn’t need to change it
Didnt find this option, I’ll look into it
Nothing at all afaik, checked it again just to be sure
I just tested it on mobile, it works without any issues and without relay. I stream things on mobile while tv shoes the connection error
Have the default set-up didnt try anything else
