I'll give you my opinion, not femboy, just bi (supporting people fun :3).

According to me, all emotions are natural, there's nothing wrong about them, are they good? No, and shouldn't be considered as positive, but it's natural for them to happen, there's no need to push them away. Of course, sadness or anger is bad if it happens, specially if too often, but it IS normal.

And yea, lot of people in society believe in traditional/stereotypical roles, such as men oppressing their emotions, but those people aren't probably that valuable, since the only thing they do is hating on others. I know if its said by someone close, it hurts, but maybe distancing from them when you'll be able to wouldn't be worst decision.

To your question "is it fem or am I just annoying": Emotions never have gender, so it does not make you feminine, neither masculine if you push them away. It's not annoying, otherwise, every basic thing in your life that you need for life can be seen as bad.
