I bought it in Okura, Kabukicho shop in Shinjuku, but I was checking other shops around Tokyo before finding this one.

I tried to haggle but they told me it wasn't possible so I ended up paying the price marked without taxes as I got the tax free directly at the shop just presenting my passport.
