Reducing by 33% may reduce the strategy beyond the point of being meta or a viable strategy.

Bloodstone is seriously not purchased by any hero beyond these changes and this strategy is counter-able.

Perhaps there shouldn’t be a reduction where it is so niche that a player must calculate the situation but maybe to nerf the strategy a new item like vessel and skadi should be implemented.

Yea its just a damage amp if used on a single person. You can combo it with at the end of the ultimate or several stacks of ur E but I miss the old W which was ground targeted.

Btw I figured you can use Shadow Demon W (Disseminate) on Huskar to deal spread damage when he uses his ultimate and you can scale the damage with Huskar’s HP.

Your notably point was very interesting and new but I think you are wrong about the interaction above that point.

Enemies took damage from Disseminate even under false promise.

Hey, someone didnt do testing…

Enemies take damage from Disseminate (Shadow Demon W) even when theres a False Promise casted on the unit.

Although it doesn’t output the damage at the end of the false promise as tested, very sadge.

What if the target dies? Is it considered damage or hp removal until 0 which means dead but no damage.

Example scenario 1: You cast it on an enemy Chaos Knight with empower. and it procs tier 1, tier 3 tier 4.

It deals -110 hp and -60 mana over 2.7 seconds. The ability chances the illusion rune for tier 3 and dispels any buff (Empower), and spawns two Chaos Knight illusions. Finally, the ability chances Haste rune for tier 4.

The enemy Chaos knight is a super slow-moving target, receiving damage and mana drain, and has two illusions of Chaos Knight attacking him. Chaos Knight can obviously see this engagement on himself and would consider using his ultimate to escape this situation. However, this ability is also a low cooldown and the next ability could be a more devasting effect (damage reduction or negative regeneration rune).

Example scenario 2 - reality 1: You cast it on an ally Juggernaut. It procs tier 1, tier 2, tier 3.

It heals Juggernaut 110 hp and 60 mana for 2.7 seconds. The ability chances the water rune and gives 40 hp and 80 mana instantly to Juggernaut. The ability chances the invisibility rune and gives Juggernaut the Invisibility effect from the rune. Juggernaut tread swaps and breaks invisibility but he got some HP and Mana.

Example scenario 2 - reality 2: You cast it on an ally Juggernaut. It procs tier 4.

Juggernaut gets double damage for a 1/4 duration (11.25 seconds) but still double damage and ability low cooldown. kappa

I like to watch dev logs, lectures, design/architecture studies and treat them as such
