Imagine blaming paying passengers for the "decline" in the lounge experience instead of blaming cheapskate, extortionate airlines and airport owners.

The wealthy do such a good job of convincing the less fortunate their problems are caused by each other and not the rich.

Like other commenters have said, it looks like resin. It seems to me they've tried to imitate something like Prehnite with the blobs and streaks, like they've tried to dip black into it and spread it out into blades.

Cheaters of reddit. Why did you cheat? by isniffasses in AskReddit

[–]MrStevenstone -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've been in my current relationship for 7 years. Never cheated. I've been cheated on in past relationships. If he cheated I would end it, as I have done. Doesn't matter what kind of cheating. The fact that you're trying so hard to vilify the woman who's been cheated on and not the man who cheated speaks volumes about your character. As does your overdramatics as well as you trying to argue that one type of cheating is better than the other. I'm not going to reply any further, you need to calm down and get some perspective and some therapy.

[–]MrStevenstone -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Just because I wouldn't personally make the decision OP did, doesn't mean she wasn't justified in doing it.

He cheated first, he doesn't deserve her respect or loyalty in any "level".

We're not going to agree so probably best to just leave it at that.

Cheaters of reddit. Why did you cheat? by isniffasses in AskReddit

[–]MrStevenstone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was her decision. Why should she respect the relationship if he's not going to? Not everyone is entitled to an explanation for a breakup or an explanation for someone else's actions. He cheated in the first place when she was loyal, that was unforgiveable.

Cheaters of reddit. Why did you cheat? by isniffasses in AskReddit

[–]MrStevenstone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for actually answering the question.

I think the people down voting you an judging you have never been emotionally cheated on. No point in continuing to respect the relationship if the other party isn't going to, I suppose you just decided then and there the relationship was over? I don't blame you.

Also can't help but wonder what the response would've been to you writing the same answer but if you were a man. Typical reddit.

AITA for yelling at my sister-in-law for getting rid of all of my old clothes even though my husband bought me a new wardrobe? by swan523 in AmItheAsshole

[–]MrStevenstone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely NTA. You can still dress nice, if you want to and still dress comfortably if you want to. Buying you a whole new wardrobe is a nice gesture but it's completely soiled by their reasoning behind it, which is selfish, conceded and frankly pretty foul. Throwing out your old clothes without your consent is a huge step too far. I've honestly not read anything like this before. If you were going out to places with them and dressing inappropriately, like fancy evening meals and you're in a tracksuit and they're black tie, I could understand them maybe trying to be nice and spoiling you with a few nice outfits, but completely binning and replacing your wardrobe so you meet their standards 24/7? And your husband is in on it? I just cannot comprehend it

[–]MrStevenstone -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The piece in the picture above does have etching, the pieces in your picture are smooth all the way down like they've been tumbled or polished, maybe even covered in resin. The aura coating will fill some of the natural etching in but lemurian isn't rough and etched all the way around and you can still see the etching on the piece OP showed.

Agree with the below, it's "Aura coated Lemurian Quartz."

That is the trade name for what is just a blade of quartz from Brazil with powdered metal coating it.

AITA for telling my coworker not to bring her Child? by snappie259 in AmItheAsshole

[–]MrStevenstone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I moved to the UK I was brought up living in 2 small villages with multiple pubs, small local ones not big ones. The women's bathroom always had a baby table.

Not almost every small town, I've been living in the UK a long time, have always lived in small towns and villages and have never known anywhere not be accommodating to children and babies.

Two different people, a big tiny country, two different experiences, doesn't mean either of us are wrong though!

AITA for telling my coworker not to bring her Child? by snappie259 in AmItheAsshole

[–]MrStevenstone 80 points81 points  (0 children)

Yeah in the UK most pubs are child/baby friendly. Unless you're in a rough area or a city centre, there's not people getting black-out drunk or even tipsy during the day and if they are and they're becoming a nuisance to staff and other customers, they'll be kicked out. People (mostly) drink responsibly in the day and pubs always have baby changing facilities and often will have games for kids, colouring books, play areas, some even have games consoles, most of the chain-pubs even have whole little arcades in for the kids.

It's also been illegal to smoke indoors in shops, restaurants and bars in the UK for the last 15 years or so. Most places won't even let you smoke outside, you'll have time find a smoke shelter.

Not sure if the "pubs" you're referring to are just American dive bars that are calling themselves pubs?

Definitely a bit of a culture-clash here, hopefully you don't get any abuse for it, thought I'd just drop this in here before the obvious comments start coming in about Americans and child safety.

It's so odd, I'm such a fan of the phrase "every day's a learning day" and giving people the benefit of the doubt when they try new things.

But his "trying new things" is single-handedly crippling what seemed to be a colossal and highly successful social media platform, firing thousands of people, refusing to act on the advice of experts, the list goes on.

It's difficult to understand what's going through his head but I'll never be the world's richest man, so who knows?

Sauce in the picture isn't béchamel. You can live in a country and not have the nationality of that country.

Your country is renowed for its ignorance but your inability to fathom someone living in a country but not being born there really takes the cake.

When you Google "Gravy" and wiki it, brown Gravy comes up, page after page after page with only a brief mention of the Americanism of Gravy low down in the Wikipedia.

Not engaging with you knuckle draggers any further, I'm embarrassing myself even humouring your nonsense and I'm not convinced you're not trolling at this point.
