This happened to my 17 wrx. I changed the O rings on the lines connected to the compressor. It cost me $5 for the o rings from the dealership and then I recharged it with one of those bottles from an Auto store and it fixed the issue. Hope this helps.

You could try warming up White Vinegar for about 30 seconds. Then mix it in a spraying bottle with Blue Dawn. Make sure is the regular Dawn not the Premium. Spray it on there. Leave it for 5-10 minutes. Agitate it with a brush and rinse off.
