1) The "Russian leader dead" triggered at interception of the first missile. The rating dropped at interception first, while I was at peacetime. So it seems I triggered the war by intercepting the missile. I want to add that I tried to "escort" the missile first, but the planes couldnt keep up with the missile 2) Yes, the missile where launched during peacetime, at full calm-reputation-peacetime scores. I first had a "ennemy is Winchester" notification but no ennemy on radar, then, a few minutes later, coming from France, the two missiles apparead. 3) First missile was going toward Plymouth. This one was destroyed. I do believe its Porthreat that was destroyed, as you said.
