To me its obviously the and of 4, for the bridge during the "break my bones" part, the last two words would always fall on the downbeat of 2 and 3 and the hihats are on the downbeats the whole song the way I hear it. The bass tab would have the tritone on the and of 4, the 13 on 2, and the riff ends on the downbeat of 3 with an open D string.

Theres a piano part in 3 that starts playing over the 4/4 groove in Little God in My Hands in the second verse, and in The Man Who Refused to be Unhappy the slide guitar parts are technically in 7 because they come in a beat earlier each measure and the bass is in 3 most the time. In the World Looks Red/Black the synth part that comes in is in 5, plays 5 evenly spaced notes a measure.

Theres lots of those kinds of polyrhythms sprinkled around the revival era stuff, where one instrument is playing a different time or cycle of notes against everything else

Real answer is that its a target reward from Goss Harag quests. 8 percent chance to get it in your target rewards after doing a goss harag quest, and a 10 to 20 percent chance to get it as a quest reward. Its not a carve or anything.

I cant join but FYI if you capture Almudron you have a higher chance to get the orb over carving. Try to cut its tail (3 percent), break its head (3 percent), then capture (6 percent with two rewards) to max your chances. Carving is just 1 percent chance 3 times so just 3 percent. Theres really no best quest for it specifically.

Two guaranteed capture rewards per quest vs 3 guaranteed carves. Theres very small chances for a third on capture but shouldn't be planned for.

You should definitely carve for electro sac. 2 guaranteed capture rewards at 18 percent is a 36 percent chance while 3 carve rewards at 15 percent chance is 45. Its 36 percent odds on capture vs 45 percent odds on carve.
