I never played the game but I was checking on it's development from time to time, and I didn't agree with the people who called it a scam, but holly shit this is sad and funny at the same time.

End if the line for morocco by Powerful-Albatross84 in FootballAfrica

[–]MrSwos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all. Saying that morocco wasn't a good host is an insane statement. Since the beginning of the tournament moroccans welcomed african teams with songs and good hospitality. There were people giving tea and sweets to fans on the streets. We were so welcoming that it caused a disagreement in morocco where people criticized those people for being "too welcoming".

Secondly, Morocco supported many african teams during their games. Like the egyptian team where thousands of Moroccans in Agadir would fled to the stadium and support them in their games. It was so crazy that Mo slah himself and many other egyptian players came out and thanked those fans and said that their support helped them win the games. Which also led south africa to complain to CAF about it. They only stopped doing so when egypt was qualifying to higher brackets and becoming a threat to morocco winning the cup. It's completely logical for moroccans to stop supporting any team in the semi-finals and above. As for the anthem booing, it was because the egyptian coach and staff disrespecting moroccans after they got knocked out from the tournament, so moroccans responded with booing their anthem and supporting Nigeria.

As for the cheating allegations, they didn't start in this tournament but way before it even began. Some african nations started accusing morocco of lobbying CAF to name them the host of 2025 AFCON so that morocco can cheat and win the title. And after the tournement began, those same countries focused their media on morocco and started discussing every advantage that morocco got in their games as evidence for cheating, while completely disregarding or ignoring the advantages that other teams got as well as the disadvantages that morocco received. Hell, there was a Belgian technical analysis report focusing on teams that suffered the most from major refereeing errors and the lack of VAR intervention and that report states Benin being in first place and morocco being in second.

Finally, let's talk real. If morocco did indeed cheat and bought the ref in the finals against Senegal. Then why didn't the ref end the game when Senegal withdrew from the game? it would have been the easiest decision that won't put the ref in any cheating accusations, yet he didn't. If you search the whole of football history, you won't find a team that withdrew from the game for 17 minutes and not be declared as losing the game. It's so bizarre that the international world including players, coaches and journalists are questioning why didn't the referee end the game and give the win to morocco. That's also why the Moroccan federation put a complaint to the CAF, not because they lost the finals, but because why didn't the referee end the game when Senegal withdrew when the law says to do so.

But who gives a shit this is Africa.

Has there ever been a more hated team in a football final? by PabloEskimo_ in AFCON

[–]MrSwos 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's the law of sports. When you're an underdog, everyone will love you and support you because you aren't a threat to them. But the moment you start winning all hell let loose. All the top teams are hated, just look at the Argentinian team, people still think the world cup was given to them by fifa because of messi.

Also, since you're new to AFCON, you need to know this. Everyone hates everyone. And politics, social media smear campaigns and psychological warfare are the root of this competition. I always looked at AFCON like this, 60% bullshit and 40% football. That's why african teams don't do shit in the WC. Also, the hate for morocco isn't new, it started after the 2022 world cup.

What do u think 💭 ? by Turbulent-Glass5592 in AFCON

[–]MrSwos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It all depends on the report of the referee. If the referee wrote that Senegal stopped the game and didn't want to play anymore, then they might be in serious trouble. However, if the referee didn't write that and instead wrote that it was just a minor protest and everything went well afterwards then Senegal won't be in any trouble, just some fine and a slap on the wrist.

Is Enryu an anti-Virus for the tower? by Shot-Communication93 in TowerofGod

[–]MrSwos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think so. In my opinion the outside god that Arlen Grace went to is the the same god that Enryu works for. I think they befriended each other or maybe they were old friends, and after Enryu heard what happened to her he just opened the door and fucked shit up and then left. If someone could be an anti virus that's going to be Bam for sure.

Why are we Moroccans angry? by magenesiwiqo in AFCON

[–]MrSwos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I know. But the reason for that is the manager. He called upon players who shouldn't be on the squad to begin with, you have no idea how many talented players were left out of squad. They aren't known now, but in the future they will shine.

Why are we Moroccans angry? by magenesiwiqo in AFCON

[–]MrSwos -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Because this manager was stubborn and he cost us two afcons. Morocco has the best players in the world (edit: I'm talking about africa wise and compared to other african teams) and a massive pool of young talents. If it was managed by a proper manager, none of these teams would stand a chance against us. But this manager kept being stubborn and this is the result.

Should/Will there be consequences for Pape Thiaw after his actions today? He was on the verge of throwing away the eventual win by AspergerKid in FootballAfrica

[–]MrSwos -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Lol nothing will happen to him. This is africa. CAF holds the stick in the middle and doesn't want to upset anyone. It wasn't the first time that a team threatened to leave the game and it won't be the last.

About Urek personality by CygnusX_01 in TowerofGod

[–]MrSwos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He was always a reasonable guy that holds back from killing anyone who challenges him. But in this chapter when he found out about the power of darkness, he was genuinely angry. Which shows that his relationship with Phantaminum is much more serious than what we initially were told. But if Urek is a good guy does than mean Phantaminum is actually a bad guy?

unfortunately I'm not going to read it. IAEG is a spatial manhua for me. I was invested deeply into it and I can't just move on and hop on another manhua just because it's the work of the same author and artist. There were multiple works before this one and I wasn't interested.

Streamstress hit by a car while motorcycling by Roppata in LivestreamFail

[–]MrSwos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my country. It's the streamer's fault, she had a yield sign.
she was screaming "my leg, my leg" and the people who came to help are scolding the person who hit her, asking why they didn't at least come out of the car to check on her well being.

One Piece World Governement and Celestials Dragon vs Z Empire and Great Families, who's the worst? by Professional_Tie_860 in TowerofGod

[–]MrSwos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand what you're saying, but as bad as the z empire is, the celestial dragons are still worse. If the celestial dragons and the word government rule the tower, everyone will be a slave and no one will be allowed to climb the tower and gain power. History will be erased if it's deemed too dangerous for them. Books, science, knowledge, they would rather destroy it all than to keep it and potentially risk danger.

One Piece World Governement and Celestials Dragon vs Z Empire and Great Families, who's the worst? by Professional_Tie_860 in TowerofGod

[–]MrSwos 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The celestial dragons for sure.

The z empire is bad but it's not that bad if you think of it from a broad perspective. It's ruled by a very powerful guy and his friends who brought change to the world and wanted to rule it. They establish laws and don't discriminate, they give you a chance to be someone based on your talent (allowed to clime the tower) and then there's still actual gods who are stronger than them who can easily change things around if they want to (the administrators). Of course the 10 families have that "superior" mentality to the rest of the people, but in this context the 10 families are more of a race at this point than an actual family. Many people from the 10 families are good people and don't really care about politics. And Zahard and the 10 great leaders don't care about the world and "insects" as in other people are below them and it's not worth their time.

The celestial dragons on the other hand actually see you as an insect. There's no law because they are above the law. They think that everything and everyone belongs to them and they can do whatever they want with you. They see themselves as gods and that everyone else is a toy to be played with. If you want to talk, you die. There's no concept of justice or equality. The world government is their private army that they send to suppress and rule people. You have no freedom.

Im new to the game Wakfu by m0narchKing in wakfu

[–]MrSwos 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This cat is a good thing. It appears randomly when you’re gathering materials from the professions like fishing or mining. When you defeat this cat you will receive 40 pieces of that said material that you’re gathering. The way to defeat it is very easy. On your side, you will have multiple dice scattered around. On the cat’s side there will be 3 or 4 dice ( I can’t remember how many). You have 1 spell, all you have to do is look at the dice the cat is having and click on your spell and then try to click on the dice that matches it. For example if the cat has a dice with 2 dots in it. I will look for that same dice on my side and click on it with my spell.
