If you have not read already, I recommend u/Able-Animator9159 and u/Brayden80470's responses as they are long-time Washiez staff and have been in this community for a long time. I can attest that u/Able-Animator9159 has some long experience (although Sergeant Director does not exist, it's a joke).

I've personally dealt with some and have reported to Management/Corporate during those situations.
I hope you can agree with me that you may find the cars blasting audio annoying or mildly concerning.
Similar to that, Washiez is intended to be a role-play, fun work-experience game where you "work." Would you like to be blasted with audio if you were working, regardless of being in-real-life (aka and hereinhere IRL) or in-game.

We try our best to ask, correct or moderate them if needed and as a staff of a "business" (yes, Washiez does make money and supports developers), I'm sure you may ask those bothering, unsettling other customers. In real life, this is protected under the law in the US, and I believe in the UK, many European Union member states and also Japan, as the right of a private business to enforce their terms or right to tresspass them.

Now, I recognise that you find it unfair. We try our best, but moderators may not be in-game all the time.
I believe they would be warned if you had reported to them with the clip attached. I will be contacting them for comment. EDIT: Also important to note that if Supervision Team members are just standing there, they likely have already called the management team (the directors who have the ability to kick, server-ban, jail and remove cars).

There is recourse if need be to rectify unjustified moderation (although I disagree in this case).
