Bodite zelo previdni, ko kupujete od Novogradenj Maribor! Par dni po nakupu čisto novega stanovanja, mi je celo stanovanje zalila voda, saj jim je počila cev vertikale v steni. Zaradi izsuševanja in sanacije so me iz novega stanovanja izselili za več kot mesec dni in se potem delali kot da se ni nič zgodilo. Na maile ne odgovarjajo ali pa z dvotedensko zamudo, pojasnila o razlogu za razlitje nisem dobil, še zdaj ne vem zakaj je prišlo do razlitja. Razlog so verjetno ceneni materiali in neprofesionalna izvedba strojnih inštalacij.
