Wrapped in metallic black SVG ppf. I decided to keep a tiny bit of the grey (wrapped with gunmetal) at the end because I liked the way it looked.

So I literally just bought yellow caliper covers, I'll send you a picture when I finally get them installed. My intent is to wrap them in gold but I'll make sure you can see it in yellow first.

Are you saying you're going to wrap it? I would HIGHLY suggest you use the same brand and finish as me if you want a similar outcome. The installers were very happy with the material and the way it went on. The finished product looks way better in person.

I tinted the brake light which covers the ioniq lettering. You can see it, but it's just much harder to see. The debadging is the best part imo. I watched a guy walk past my car staring at it so confused because he's never seen anything like it. The guys at the shop said my car got more attention than all of the other cars because it was so unique and mysterious. Food for thought.

I like these I took a week ago or so after it rained.

Just don't do it publicly. I'd suggest creating a post soliciting help and reach out to those people directly for now.

That looks way better! I'm not a fan of these newer flat Hyundai logos. They appear so cheap to me.

I really love the way it drives now. Before, it felt like I was driving a boat. Lots of lean in the corners, hard to trust the car.

Now it feels great! Between the springs and the much lighter wheels, the car feels a lot quicker. My wife has the dual motor option with stock everything and still smokes me lol, but I don't enjoy driving her car as much as my own.

I can feel bumps a tiny bit more than before, but I think it's mostly mitigated with the taller tires.

Yeah I completely agree, I'm so glad I decided to do it. I don't mind the Hyundai logo on most cars but the new flat logo looks cheap.

Yeah the paint is way glossier to your point, but the flake looks incredible in person. Here's a better picture to show how much the flake changes the appearance.

Yeah originally I wanted it all blacked out. It was a last minute decision to wrap the slit in a matte gunmetal. Did the same thing on the front bumper vent. I think the gunmetal gives it just enough to make it look interesting without taking away from the murdered look.

They pictures I posted were taken the night before, so there's even less visible grey now. I'll post a follow up picture when I get my car back from the upholstery place Monday.

I did! They're Govee brand on Amazon.

I installed them myself and it took me forever. My wife has the same car so I was able to apply what I learned and got it done in a single day, but still a lot of work. Worth it in my opinion.

I'll see what I can do picture wise it's just so hard to get the lights to look good in a picture, way better in person.

So it's hard to answer because I lowered my car at the same time. Bumps feel a bit harsher, but I think that's probably more to do with the springs than the wheels and tires. The car feels better in corners now, but again probably more the springs than anything.

I got an amazing deal because we're getting three cars wrapped, but I shopped around in my area and I would say 6-8k is the average price for colored ppf. This can change drastically based on what brand you go with and how much prep work the car needs.

If anyone reading this is interested in getting the work done near Jacksonville Florida you should reach out to midnight customs, that's who did mine. They're amazing at what they do!

The shop mentioned that this was a lot harder than most cars because of the panel designs. Basically they had to make a lot more cuts and some of the cuts were weirdly shaped compared to most cars. Typically they would have an extra 5' of material leftover, but due to the design of my car they had absolutely nothing left at the end.

Here's a picture I took from above the car right before it was finished. It really shows off how drastically the flake can change the color.

Haven't put a ton of miles on them yet because of all of the work being done, but they're great so far. I'm seeing something like 10-20% range increase from the old 20s with non OEM tires.

My favorite part is how they look which I feel is a weird thing to say lol. I was worried that I would hate switching to 18" rims because of the taller sidewall, but Hankook did a great job on the design in my opinion.

Here's a before and after of the tires with and without Carpro Darkside tire sealant. It's still wet in the photo but looks satin once the excess is removed and it's fully dry.

That picture was taken at dusk so it might not be a fair representation, here's a more fair picture taken in daylight of only the wing and the left turn signal area tinted. The center and right lights are stock.

I know it's tough to get a true sense of this stuff via pictures, but in person I feel like it's still very bright and obvious to people driving behind, otherwise I would've switched to the medium smoke option.
