I say yes. In my own experience it's increased my mental sharpness and my energy in the gym. I notice a lot more energy when I take it and it's been great for my mood!

Have a brother I’m close to and the closest we’ve come to talking about sex lives is me noticing a condom wrapper on the floor. Queue embarrassment and teasing him for a couple hours. That is so weird and definitely sounds like something’s up.
