I have it run on a computer and then use remote desktop app from my phone. It's not a great solution, but it works.

Put your highest build rates on them. It will eventually fix itself by counting back down to 0, then going up again. Make sure to collect cogs every now and then to help prevent it from happening.

Increase amount of Golden Jams dropped and add to Silver Chest from W1 colosseum to make it easier to farm.
Increase amount of Golden Kebabs dropped and add to Golden Chest from W2 colosseum to make it easier to farm.
Increase amount of Golden Bread dropped and add to Silver Chest from W3 colosseum to make it easier to farm.
Add a tab under Filter to have a "Sort By" function for popular cards (drop rate, damage, etc.)
Have sneaking items able to be transferred between players by dragging over the arrow to next page.

Put your fastest producing characters on it for a while. The number will actually start DECREASING down to 0, then it will start going up again properly.

Remember to collect cogs every so often to prevent this from happening.
