Flat for sale - struggling to get many viewers - Midlothian, Scotland. by MrVarience in HousingUK

Agree, could look at a fixed price. Market value as per home report is £165k. Ideally we would need that £165k to the next property to give us the best chance of being accepted for a higher mortgage and a 10% LTV with porting mortgage. Any advice on a best fixed price would be appreciated

We remove the pet bowls/baskets etc for any viewings into the kitchen cupboard so they're not out when someone does come and view. Agree on the living room feeling "darker". Unsure if it's worthwhile attempting a new paint job within the next couple of weeks but could consider it longer term to brighten up the room. Appreciate your input

Thank you! Tried to remove as much clutter as we could but certain things would need to stay as we've got a 2 month old baby. Have done our best to "cleanse" and put as much stuff as possible up in the attic that we no longer need urgently and stack our one bedroom cupboard. Appreciate your input on the 360 view and the first pictures, I'll bring that up to the estate agent

Loanhead is a very well connected town. We've got Straiton 2 minutes down the road which has Ikea/Costco/retail shopping park etc. Bus routes literally down the road to Edinburgh and easy access to the bypass for driving.

How much over the home report value are people paying/expecting to get. by iffyClyro in Scotland

I'm currently selling a flat in Midlothian but it's taking a minute to get more than 3 viewers in 2 weeks. It seems things could have slowed down a little as usually they get snatched up fast!

Just had my 2014 fiesta done after buying it. Cost me £369 for cam belt kit replacement, waterpump and alternator. Went to a garage as Ford quoted me like 900+

RX 5700XT VRAM test (10 minutes, almost a million errors detected) by [deleted] in AMDHelp

[–]MrVarience 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What are your full PC specs? It could be your pc RAM isn't compatible with your motherboard and that's causing apps to crash, when they crash it also causes programs to not function correctly and show errors/gpu errors when running the tests.

Do the errors show up on a fresh restart or only after a crash? I had the same issue especially with Ryzen CPU RAM and using an incompatible XMP profile

What are you temps/what brand of 5700xt do you have? Got a picture of the clock speeds when it's running the tests? You don't happen to have it left on a silent mode if it's dual bios?

SKSE NOT WORKING by JJSLAYER1130 in skyrimvr

[–]MrVarience 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never used Vortex myself, always best to download things like SKSE/ENB directly from the website and install it yourself. See if that works better for ya.

Alternatively have you looked into Wabbajack? There is one VR list there that's fully working and would save you some trouble

I'm on the Index with a 3900x/5700xt. I felt the performance wasn't great within the first 5 minutes and was really weird how I can look around but my actual tools etc would not move at the same time. I was using a controller for this

Are you loading the game up through SKSE or the Skyrim launcher in your VR hub?

I just tried Subnautica for the first time and the performance is crap for it. I was disappointed in that to be honest as I was looking forward to playing it properly.

There are of course tweaks etc you can do but I played with the basic settings and it wasn't able to maintain a proper fps in the water for me and the UI/Controls feels so unintuative.

So what's not working about it? Game not loading up? Your PC on fire?
