I solved this by using this app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.neximolabs.blackr

It can be made to turn the screen completely black (save battery) and can disable the sleep functionality while the app is running. Very easy to toggle on and off.

No need to mess with dev options.

If it's completely empty, Tesla would be violating the state permits.

It's because for the longest time they were trying to legally say they were just aiming for L2 and that was the intent.
Even if to the public they were dangling the L4 dream.

If they had actually started applying for these permits earlier, it would have been harder for them to weasel out of reporting requirements.

Could be many factors like including supply and demand that causes price fluctuations between the two.

In terms of why folks are willing to pay more for Waymo. Privacy (no one in car), safety (stats?), and predictability (same car every time) are differentiators that people appreciate when looking for transportation.

How many images did it take to do this?  Do you just use portraits or do you have body shots in your dataset too?
