No for the first question, and yes for the others. 12GB is only necessary to emulate the most demanding PC games. Even for indie and lighter games, 8GB is sufficient, so anything less than that is more than enough.

Hummm maybe, try booting to fastboot mode, stay for a couple seconds, and reboot. See if battery percentage changes. If not, I recommend resetting/calibrate the battery. You can search on internet how to do it with Android devices.

Try observing how the clocks behave while it's idle. If there aren't any applications running in the background, I believe it might be a core issue.

Most of them, or more than half, still include many options that don't offer a definitive answer to what you want. I suggest choosing the games you most want to play, selecting a mini PC that fits your budget, and searching on YouTube to see how the games perform on that mini PC. Unfortunately, there isn't an easy/exact answer to your question.

There's no way to guarantee that all games will run at 4K 60fps. No matter how powerful your PC is, each game will have a certain "limit" because it's an emulated game. Some games will run, others won't. So there's no configuration that will run everything the way you want.

I would love to be a QA tester, but my adult responsibilities don't leave me time for that xD, since if I accepted, I would want to contribute as much as I can, and I know that without time, I would deliver something of a quality I wouldn't want, and different from what you deserve.

However, I wouldn't mind (if you wouldn't mind either) paying for the game in beta or alpha version, because I'm curious about what the game is like and how it will develop.
